Let Navya take the complexity out of treatment decision making.
All of Navya’s products and services, including the Expert Opinion Service, are available for free or at heavily discounted prices to all patients and caregivers who are unable to afford our processing fee.
Navya and Tata Memorial Centre subsidize the cost of the Expert Opinion Service to make it accessible to patients at all income levels. Patients below the poverty line can receive a recommendation for free, while patients who make below 2.5 lakhs/year receive it at a highly subsidized rate of Rs. 1500.
Navya’s Partners Enable Outreach
While Navya can keep its cost low, it needs significant outreach help to ensure that it can reach underserved populations in need. Corporations and NGOs have come forward to help Navya reach populations in rural areas and smaller cities. These partners also provide further subsidization to keep our service sustainable. Partners who have assisted us in this way include Honda, V-Care, CanKids, and Tata Trusts. To learn more about these partners individually, see partners.
Personalizing Expert Opinion Reports
In addition to financial flexibility, Navya analysts assist in making the process as accessible as possible. Navya has experience adapting its reports for ease of understanding by social workers and people without medical background. Navya’s patient advocates are willing to converse with patients in their native language when possible. Furthermore, Navya’s experts make recommendations that take patients’ unique resource constraints into account. These steps ensure that patients know which treatments accessible to them offer the best outcomes.
